Discuss the right scope for your project

When this helps

Customers need to understand the experience, availability, group size, payment and cancellation terms. You need to confirm capacity with preparation and materials in mind. We organize both the introduction and booking rules so everyone sees the same conditions.

First, see whether your current tools are enough

Naver and Kakao booking tools can manage slots, quantities and prices. If they already handle your needs, we can build a site that explains the workshop and helps visitors choose, then link to your existing booking page.

Custom development makes sense when you need one multilingual flow or class-specific rules connected to existing operations. If basic booking is enough, we'll start by looking at keeping your current tools.

Design the booking flow you actually need

We review dates, start times, class capacity, party size, per-person prices, preparation time and closures. We distinguish staff-confirmed requests from instant confirmation. If payment is needed, we agree deposits, balances, payment deadlines and when canceled or refunded spots return to availability.

We agree who receives request, confirmation and reminder notifications, and how often. The scope also covers the states and retry process staff need when payment or notifications fail. With external channels, we first decide where availability is managed.

Pricing and scope

Information and intake packages exclude automatic confirmation, capacity calculations, payment, refunds and multilingual content. Even confirmation packages quote separately for complex per-person prices, gateway payments, deposits, automatic refunds, shared capacity across resources, multiple locations and channel syncing. We agree the rules, fee and review criteria first.

The base form supports up to 6 fields, 1 storage destination and 1 email notification destination. You provide copy and photos; basic metadata, sitemap, HTTPS and your hosting connection are included. Editable admin, boards and translation are separate from the information-site scope.

Ongoing management

Ongoing management is discussed and quoted separately.

Revisions and support

Includes 5 agreed-scope revision rounds during production. Missing contracted items and reproducible bugs don't use a round. New contracts include 3 months of agreed-feature bug support after final deployment.

The contract specifies handover of source, accounts and booking data, plus who pays hosting and notification charges. We won't shut down a booking site without notice. Data retention and deletion are agreed around your operations.

Questions, answered

Can we keep using Naver Booking?

Yes. Explain your workshop and classes on your site, then send applications to Naver or Kakao. If existing tools handle capacity and payment, you don't need a separate booking system.

Can we combine capacity, per-person prices and deposits?

We review time slots, capacity, adult or child prices, deposits and cancellation rules. Per-person calculations and automated payments or refunds beyond a single-resource booking flow are quoted separately.

How do you handle ongoing management?

Ongoing management is discussed and quoted separately.

What about overseas visitors and extra costs?

We first check languages, translations, and payment and notification methods visitors can use. Multilingual content, international payments, fallback messaging and external-channel syncing are separate scope items.
